In this hands-on ravioli cooking class you we will be making your own pasta dough. Using a pasta machine, we will learn how to roll, fill and cut the raviolis and make a seasonal sauce! BYOB.

Is the class hands-on?

This is a HANDS-ON class, so be ready to get your hands dirty. The class will end sitting down to enjoy the food we made. You can BYOB.

Do you need to have previous cooking experience?

No, all levels are welcomed as everyone will learn something and have a fun time cooking with others.

Can children attend the class?

Children only over 12 years old can attend the class. They will need to come with an adult and need to be registered and paid for.

Javiera is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.
